Halloween update

Today we've updated Halloween Live Wallpaper. To make it more 'live' we've improved visuals of both free and full version of this wallpaper.
New wallpaper has moving clouds in background and flying leaves. Leaves can be disabled in settings. Ground is also more detailed - it has deeper shadows under pedestal.
Live wallpapers also have got performance improvements, so they run slightly better, this is especially noticeable on low-end devices.
